Calling mature age university students seeking regular and stable employment ### IGA Mosman Fresh located on StirlingHighway in Mosman Park is seeking to employ 2 Duty Supervisors to compliment ourexisting team. Each role will initially provide approx 12-15 hours per week with additional hours available by mutual agreement. We believe that this role would be suited to mature age (>21) Uni students who are available to work evenings and weekends. This is a hands-on role that involvesoverseeing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Duties & Responsibilities Approx 70% of duties are: ·Front-end management ·Stock replenishment ·Receiving & putting out of stock deliveries ·Store presentation Remaining 30% of duties ·Store opening & closing procedures ·Management of staff arrival/departure times & breaks,professionalism, performance & appropriate prioritisation of tasks ·Assist with the training & development of new & existing staff ·Communicating relevant issues to Management. Skills ·Be able to lead & mentor staff ·Have a high level of initiative & pro-activeness ·Have high standard of work values & ethics ·Ability to identify issues & prioritise tasks ·Good problem solving skills & ability to deal with difficultsituations ·Excellent communications skills ·Exceptional customer service ·High presentation standards Applicants should ideally have previoussupervisory & stock replenishment experience preferably within theIndependent Supermarket industry. Experience in front end and/or delidepartments would also be favourably considered. The successful applicant would berequired to work predominantly evenings and weekends. We are open 6am to 10pm365 days a year.
