Sales Representative

Ace of Hearts is WAs leading greeting card & party supplies wholesaler. Ace of Hearts is an official distributor of Artwrap & Biscay products, of which the main warehouse is based in Melbourne, and Ace of Hearts being based in Wangara, WA. Operating under an exclusive wholesale supply chain model, Ace of Hearts distributes its products through various different platforms, such as sales representatives, powerful ecommerce platform and directly through the warehouse. Our products included, but are not limited to greeting cards, gift packaging, gift items, novelty, licensed party ranges, toys, party ware & decoration, and much more! The Role - We are currently opening up anew position, for an additional sales representative to join our friendly team to service our customers south of the river. This role will be offered on a full time basis. The successful candidate will need to be available Monday to Friday. General roles include manage assigned territory, dealing with customer queries and questions, sourcing new leads as well as building on current customer clientele. The hours - It is envisaged that you will work full time hours. Flexibility on days and hours can also be considered for this role. *hours may vary during busy periods Your main responsibilities will include (however are not limited to): - General office duties. - Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. - Present a positive and professional image at all times. - Booking and confirming appointments. - Dealing with customer enquiries. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Attend meetings as required. To be considered for this role you will have: - A valid Australian driving license. - A valid police clearance. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks. - Ability to communicate effectively with all team members as well as customers. - Ability to maintain high standards in accuracy and tidiness. - A natural affinity to assist others. - Ability to problem solve, in order to achieve positive outcomes. - Must have a great work ethic and willingness to work in a team & independent environment. - Reliable and punctual. - Ability to maintain confidentiality.
