Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistic support to leading business units. You will assist in the on boarding process, through a number of different ways, the main being:
Organising Workshop allocations, managing attendees invitations and the overall event calendar
Organise Pre survey and use of corporate survey tools. And establish a way to extract data for each workshop.
Organise room set up for workshops, manage catering and dietary requirements
Arrange printing for materials with an external and internal provider
Provide administrative and logistic support to learning and development
What you ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
Previous administrative and logistic experience in a large organisation
Experience in Microsoft excel, word and Nexus
Prior experience in event management and set up
Excellent communication skills
High level of organisation skills
This is a three month contract.
