Trainer Assessor in Business and Finance

We are looking for a trainer assessor in Business and Finance to work with our skilled team in our Balcatta office. We deliver flexiblly and are highly regarded in the Industry. Essential requirements for the job are: § Capability to deliver engaging andrelevant learning and assessment § AQTF specifiedqualifications for trainers and assessors (TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment) § Vocational competencies atleast to the level being delivered and assessed for the industry area for whichapplying or as specified by ASQA § Recent evidence (withinpast 12 months) of current industry skills directly relevant to the trainingand assessment being provided § Current knowledge and skillsin vocational training and learning § Relevant experience indealing with the State and National Training systems, regulations andlegislation. § Experience working in avirtual environment §Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan,develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) §Ability to support and work with a group of dedicated trainers andassessors
